Every parcel is tracked. If one has not arrived by the last day shown, email hello@kernowtradingco.com with your order number and we will chase it.
14 days to change your mind, with free UK returns: we send a prepaid label and refund in full once the item is back with us. Christmas gifts ordered by 24 December can come back until 31 January.
To start a return, sign in from the account button in the shop and choose the order, or email us with your order number. We send a prepaid label; please post the item back unused and in its packaging where you can. Returns go to Kernow Trading Co., 103 Cornwall St, Plymouth PL1 1PA. We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of the item reaching us.
Tell us as soon as you can, with a photograph if it helps. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to a repair, replacement or refund are not affected by anything on this page.
