Prices are in pounds sterling and are what you pay for the item; delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken by Shopify's checkout; we never see your card details.
When you pay, Shopify emails you a confirmation of the order. If we cannot supply something you ordered, we tell you and refund it in full.

14 days to change your mind, with free UK returns: we send a prepaid label and refund in full once the item is back with us. Christmas gifts ordered by 24 December can come back until 31 January. This is on top of your legal right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Nothing in these terms takes away your legal rights.
